Q. Will you ship using UPS? A. Yes, we will ship using UPS Ground, 2-Day or Next Day Service. Customers must specify and pay for such service. Q. Will you ship international? A. Yes, we will ship to the country of your choice using the United States Post Office. Here are our rates for 1-3 packets to various worldwide destinations. To Canada for 1-3 packets: $6.50 To Asia, Australia, Africa, Europe, & South America for 1-3 packets: $11.50 Q. What are the iron on letters and numbers made of? A. Our iron on letters and numbers in various sizes and colors are all made with plastisol ink. This is a soybean based ink and is non-toxic. The glitter letters and numbers are achieved by adding flakes to the base ink. Again these are non-toxic. Q. Where are the letters and numbers manufactured? A. All our products, including transfers, except for rhinestones letters, are manufactured in our factory in Bethlehem, PA. Q. Do you offer other colors? A. Since we are the manufacturers we can always produce additional colors if the demand is there. For instance, for Halloween, we will be offering orange letters.
